The Phoenix Suns overcame a 16-point deficit from late in the second quarter, outscored Washington 31-19 in the fourth quarter, and defeated the Washington Wizards, 112-108. Kevin Durant (28 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists) and Devin Booker (27 points, 8 assists) led Phoenix as they received 35 points from their non-starters. Daniel Gafford led Washington with a career-high 26 points along with 17 rebounds while Tyus Jones added 22 points and 11 assists. Phoenix snaps a 2-game skid and improves to 14-12 as the Wizards fall to 4-21.
This 16-point comeback marks the largest comeback of the season for Phoenix.
This is Durant’s 21st straight game of 25 or more points, extending his own record for a such a streak in franchise history.
