LIVE: Diddy Trial, Kid Cudi expected to testify along with other witnesses

WATCH LIVE UPDATES: Back on the stand is Special Agent Gerard Gannon of Homeland Security Investigations’ National Security group in Miami. He began his testimony Tuesday, May 20th before the judge adjourned court for the day.

Rapper Kid Cudi, whose real name is Scott Mescudi, is expected to testify today.

Yesterday, Cassie Ventura’s mother testified she was forced to take out a $20,000 home loan to prevent Sean “Diddy” Combs from releasing a sex tape involving her daughter.

Former Combs personal assistant David James told the court he quit after being ordered to drive Combs around while the music mogul searched for Suge Knight. James said Combs was armed with three guns during the incident.

Sharay Hayes, a male exotic dancer, testified that he met with Combs and Ventura between eight and 12 times. Hayes said Combs would direct the camera angles and body positions during those encounters, which reportedly lasted for hours. He added that Ventura was the one who paid him.
